The Battle of Advent was a battle fought between the city of Advent and the Pirates. Asio, The Professor, Strix, Fib, and Bonacci assisted the Advent Guard in defending the city, while Otus, Geddy, and Alphonse went on an unapproved covert mission, saving an Advent demolition crew including Anne and Bonanza, and sneaking into the Dreadnought to attempt to destroy its engine. The battle was won by the Pirates when Molstrom used the power of one of the Owl Relics and split the city in half with his anchor. The city was destroyed, forcing its citizens to flee to Tropos and Vellie.
